Purchasing a suspension lift kit in Canada can be complicated. The last thing that you need is to spend valuable time finding the best kit for your vehicle then to find out that there are significant import and shipping fees above and beyond the ticket price.

Here at Eastern Offroad, we want to make this process as simple and painless as possible.

Q: Delivery/*Shipping

We aim to have your product to you within 10 business days. We do everything we can to keep that delivery time, however, hold ups at the border or issues with the manufacturer are out of our control and may delay delivery. Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer/publisher. Please take shipping time into consideration. Eastern Offroad & Performance reserves the right to cancel any order placed and fully refund any monies received in the event of product being unavailable from the vendor or manufacturer. Eastern Offroad & Performance makes every effort to ship to our customers in a timely fashion. Air shipping is available for an additional charge. Any order cancellations will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Eastern Offroad & Performance only ships within Canada at this time.

Q: Tracking Number

A tracking number is normally emailed to you once an order has been completed and shipped is shipped by courier. In the event an item is not in stock, Eastern Offroad & Performance may choose to have it shipped directly from the vendor or manufacturer to fill your order as quickly as possible. In this case a tracking number will not be provided but if needed, we would request one on your behalf.

Canada Post tracking numbers are not provided. Please allow 7 working days before requesting tracking numbers.

Q: Shipping Claims

1 - Damaged Goods:

If you receive a package that is damaged, you must report this to Eastern Offroad & Performance within 2 days of receipt of item. Keep all packing materials. If possible, note to driver at the time of delivery that the package is damaged but do NOT refuse shipment. Carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. All damaged packages must be reported to Eastern Offroad & Performance within 2 days. Damages not reported in this time become the customer’s responsibility. Eastern Offroad & Performance is not responsible for damaged goods or missing shipments that have been signed for.

2 - Lost Shipment:
